Welcome to EasymyAI.com. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern access to and use of our services and digital products (software, libraries, code). By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind such entity.
2. DEFINITIONS AND PURPOSE

Restrictions: The Customer may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or extract the source code to create a competing product, unless expressly authorized under the selected license.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

5. DELIVERY AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

Warranty of Title: The Publisher warrants that it holds the necessary rights to grant licenses for the Products.

8. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
